Trump Team Downplays Taiwan Phone Call

VOA’s Michael Bowman reports, Trump surprised many at home and abroad Friday by announcing he had spoken with the President Tsai Ing-wen of Taiwan, with which the United States has had to formal diplomatic ties since 1979.
