Damascus Rejects UN Peace Proposal, Continues Assault on Syrian Rebels

The government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has rejected a United Nations proposal to create an “autonomous zone” east of Aleppo, saying it infringes on Syrian sovereignty. Rebel fighters shelled government controlled districts of the city. VOA's Zlatica Hoke has more.
